Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Holt Family Farms. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
