Our local pork is carefully managed and raised with respect for the environment and animal welfare. Our pork is fed a natural diet and kept in large open pens. Our pork is of the highest quality and is perfect for any special occasion. With your deposit you are guaranteed to get the best pork in town. Your deposit will hold your 1/2 or whole hog. It is non refundable, but WILL go towards your total when you make your final purchase. This ensures that we have a steady flow of quality local pork to our community and neighbors. The price is still the same and you will still pay the processor for their part. Please ask all questions before you make your purchase. We usually have a group of hogs going to the processor even month, so please let us know what month you would like to sign up for in the notes section at checkout. Once you are assigned a month, it may be possible to switch but we make no guarantees that we can change your date after we have processed your order so please ask all questions before hand. This allows the processor and us to have a steady flow of local pork to our customers and community.
