All of my children have had extremely dry skin and eczema. We have tried just about everything with no real success. As a mother of 7, I knew there had to be something that I could make that would work without being harsh. Mama’s Magic Jar of Herbal Salve was born out of necessity, but has become our go-to for literally every skin condition. It turns out that it treats WAY more than eczema so my children started to call it “Mama’s Magic Jar”. It literally works magic on any skin ailment! Our family has used it for cuts, stings, insect bites, sun burns, scrapes, burns, diaper rash, eczema, dry and cracked hands and feet, and just about anything you can imagine. It is a good all purpose salve that is strong enough to help with the pain and redness but gentle enough to put on your babies. I like to call it farm to skin because we strive to use only the highest quality products that we can grow or pick here on our farm, so you can be confident in using it on your whole family!
 
Directions: Apply to clean, dry skin after a bath or shower. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
The herbs are infused in organic coconut and oil over a 2 week period of time so that the salve retains the best properties of the herbs.
 
It contains:
*comfrey- aids in cell regeneration
*yarrow-decreases inflammation and redness, and can also be used to stop blood flow.
*rosemary (leaves)- has anti aging properties and is naturally antibacterial
*lavender (leaves and flowers)-soothing, reduces redness and swelling, and can help to clear acne
Then we add:
*raw beeswax- helps to lock in moisture
*shea butter- nourishes and moisturizes skin
*tea tree oil-has natural antiviral components
*patchouli oil- acts as a natural anti-fungal and
*lavender oil
This salve is free of any kind of irritant, parabins, or fillers. It is made with high quality natural herbs and essential oils.
 
Precautions: Test on a small are for 24 hours. If your skin becomes more irritated or worse, stop use and contact me.
