Enjoy an evening of dinner and relaxation on our farm with a specialized menu curated with local and fresh meats and sides made exclusively by a local chef.
Stop by the backdrop in the barn and get a picture
After dinner, visit the ''flower bar" for guests to choose and make a take-home bouquet of seasonal flowers from a local florist.
Plus, shop some of Holt Family Farms farm product baskets and homemade goods.
And giveaways for each couple!

cheddar jalapeño canapé with a chopped crab salad lightly dressed, avacado mousse, micro green garnish.
Tarragon black pepper parmesan canapé, whipped feta mousse, sliced strawberry, blackberry ginger balsamic reduction, lavender salt.
Fresh herbed and pepper canapé, melted Brie, caramelized onion bacon fig jam.
Cheddar Parmesan baked canapé, roasted garlic and sundried tomato mousse, baby smoked mozzarella, basil.
Tender kale tossed with raosted butternut squash, apples, cranberries, shaved radish, micr greens, candied bacon, grilled feta, toasted pumpkin seeds and a honey apricot vinaigrette with chef's chopped preserved lemon rind.
Fire roasted curried pumpkin soup finished with a fennel infused cream reduction, fennel fronds for garnish and pure maple syrup drizzle.
Main Dish (choice of one):
72 hour brined pork chop grilled and basted with garlic herb brown butter, served with a Boursin French cheese colcannon mash potato with kale and grilled vegetable spears of squash.
Grilled and topped with sautéed bell pepper, kale, prosciutto, and melted havarti cheese, cooked in a demi beef stock finished with cream and served over buttery mashed potatoes and grilled seasoned vegetables.
House made pumpkin roll stuffed with a cream cheese filling and brushed with a bourbon vanilla bean simple syrup and iced with a spiced pumpkin mousse slices and topped with sweet honey molasses chopped candied pecans.
Homemade sourdough and preserves also served during the meal.

***Because of the nature of this event and for planning purposes, tickets are non-refundable. Please ask all questions before purchase. Rain date is October 28th.
****The week of the event you will get an email with the agenda, but we will try to stick to a loose schedule of events. We will have dinner at 6:30 sharp. We advise you arrive a little early for parking, appetizers, and shopping.
