Chicken Processing Class (Single Ticket Option)

Take back control of your food supply and learn to process your own chickens.  We will walk through the process step by step and provide hands on opportunities for you to learn this homestead skill.

Each person will learn how to start with a live chicken, process it, and then take (one) whole chicken home, ready for your freezer or supper.  You will be able to participate as much as you'd like or simply just watch and learn.  We will show you how to dispatch, scald, pluck, eviscerate, piece out, package, and everything in between.  When you leave you will be able to process your own chickens start to finish!  Each participant will also take one whole chicken home.  

*This ticket is for 1 person.  If you are a couple and would like to attend together, check out the family option for a discounted rate.  Children are welcome but will not be allowed to use any equipment and must be supervised at all times.  This is a rain or shine event.

**Since there is a level of risk with boiling water and knives, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
