Beginner's Sourdough Class II

Have you wanted to learn sourdough bread making, but it all seems overwhelming and complicated?  Then this class is for you!  Come join Ellie and learn her no hassle, simple sourdough mehtod.  As a farm mom of 7 kids, it was important to learn how to adapt sourdough baking to fit into a busy life instead of being tied up in the kitchen all day.  We will walk through the process of shaping dough, taste different sourdough products, answer common questions, and learn how to feed your starter.  You will not only take home the knowledge to start your sourdough journey, but a loaf ready to bake, and your own starter, ready for baking!  So grab a friend and let's learn a new skill!
